1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two to seven days of your order, and then take up to 10 to 15 days to reach your doorstep.

Due to the current situation of COVID-19, the fulfillment and shipping times can vary. Fulfillment can take up to 25 days and shipping times can go up to 20 business days after your order is shipped. We are sorry for these longer delays, but be reassure that your order will reach your doorstep even with this situation. We thank you for your comprehension.

2. How do your shipping rates work?

We offer free international shipping for orders over $100 except for fragile products that need specific packaging such as mugs. The shipping rates are based on your location.

3. What's your return policy?

Before returning any goods, you must email us at We accept returns for these reasons:

- You ordered the wrong size.

However, before buying any goods, we ask you to make sure to refer to the size chart that is given in the description of each good.

If you would like to return goods for any other reasons, please email us at to let us know what is wrong. We'll see what we can do for you and if we cannot help out, we will refund you in full. Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes, orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it or enjoy it.

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If it is the wrong size, please refer to the previous question "What's your return policy?". If there are any other issues with your order - if it's the wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us at the same email address and we'll see what we can do for you.
